We remain "cautiously optimistic" that 2002 will bring an economic turn around which will restore a positive atmosphere that will breed more positive results. Why the "cautious" qualifier? We all must recognize there remains a fear in our society which negatively affects our economy. Creating an environment of optimism remains a challenge in our professional and personal lives. Optimism remains the prevailing psycho-economic factor required for an economic turn around. We ask those who are able, to assist their co-workers in this endeavor. Recognize that Managers, may also be encountering difficulties with stress in their positions. Marshall Loeb at CBS Market Watch stated in a recent article: "When people are stressed, their dominant personality traits are magnified. The detail-oriented manager becomes a micromanager. Control-oriented people become super control-oriented. Defensive types become super-defensive..."

Bottom line: We at Surrex Solutions Corporation ask you to join us in our commitment to be part of the solution by generating an environment of optimism. We hope and believe that this Holiday season will kick off a prosperous 2002 for all to participate in.
